Perfect experience dealing with and good value.
One Saturday morning I locked myself out for the first time ever and phoned Locksmith Romsey. Dougie said he would be round in 20mins, and within that time he arrived at my door. I was back in the house 5 minutes later. Swift, prompt and efficiently done. Definitely recommend.

Dougie was very responsive to my call and attended within the day. He was able to replace the door lock, lubricate and check the replacement locking mechanism and completed the job within 10 minutes! Very impressed with the efficiency of the work carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending ACQ Locksmiths in the future.
Even as I was explaining my predicament the locksmith was already getting in his van to come to save me & my 3 dogs from the freezing temperature. He arrived when he said he would & was so friendly & reassuring. He got me back in my house with 5 minutes with no damage. I was so very happy & relieved. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service. As the problem lock was not urgent, Dougie came next day to fit new barrel to lock. Would recommend.
After my 3 year old got plastic stuck in our front door lock on a bank holiday Sunday I had to call the locksmith. Could not fault Dougie at all, he turned up in 20 mins and with in seconds had us in back our house. He got the plastic out and fixed the lock in no time at all. We got introduced to his beautiful pup Wilma too which was an added bonus! Would 100% recommend. Very happy customer
